Tracked UK delivery and clear returns
Important information about delivery charges, expected times, cancellations, damaged orders and returns.
DPD Next Day delivery
We currently deliver only to UK addresses using DPD Next Day tracked delivery. Delivery costs £4.99 per order.
Expected delivery time
“Next Day” means the next working day after dispatch. It does not necessarily mean the day after the order is placed. Order processing, weekends, bank holidays, remote-postcode restrictions, verification checks or carrier disruption can affect dispatch or delivery.
Tracking and addresses
Tracking is provided where available. Check the delivery address carefully before paying and contact us immediately if it is wrong. Once a parcel has entered the carrier network, an address change may not be possible.
Missing or delayed parcels
Check the tracking first, then contact info@skbio.co.uk with the order number if the parcel is significantly delayed or marked as delivered but cannot be located.
Change-of-mind cancellation
Consumers may normally cancel up to 14 days after delivery. Returned goods must be sent within a further 14 days. Change-of-mind returns must be unopened and sealed, and the customer pays the direct return cost.
Opened or unsealed goods
Where the statutory health-protection or hygiene exception applies, opened or unsealed products cannot be returned merely because you changed your mind. This does not affect rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
Faulty or incorrect orders
Contact us promptly with the order number and photographs of the parcel, label, packaging and product where relevant. SK Bio covers reasonable authorised return costs for faulty, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.
Before returning anything
Email info@skbio.co.uk for the correct return address and instructions. Keep the goods and packaging while the issue is reviewed. Full cancellation and refund terms are in our Terms & Returns.
