Change-of-mind cancellations
Where UK distance-selling cancellation rights apply, you normally have 14 days from the day after receiving your order to tell us that you wish to cancel. After telling us, you normally have a further 14 days to return the goods.
For a valid change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the return postage cost unless we agree otherwise. Goods should be returned securely and with original packaging, labels and seals where possible.
If handling goes beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods and reduces their value, we may make a lawful deduction from the refund.
Opened or unsealed products
Some sealed goods may fall within a statutory exception to the right to cancel where they are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons and become unsealed after delivery. Where that legal exception applies, the cancellation right is lost once the seal is broken.
For goods that do not fall within a statutory exception, opening a package does not by itself remove statutory cancellation rights, although diminished-value rules may apply. Nothing here limits rights relating to faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or misdescribed goods.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect products
If you receive a product that is faulty, damaged, not as described or different from the product ordered, contact SK Bio as soon as reasonably possible. We may request photographs or order details to help investigate the issue.
Where a return is required because SK Bio supplied a faulty or incorrect product, SK Bio will pay the reasonable return postage cost. A refund, repair or replacement will be arranged in accordance with your statutory rights.
Refunds
Where you validly cancel an online order under statutory cancellation rights, we will refund the amount due, including the standard outbound delivery charge where required by law. If goods must be returned, we may wait until we receive them back, or receive evidence that they have been sent back, before issuing the refund where the law permits.
Refunds will normally be made using the original payment method.

SK Bio products are sold strictly for laboratory, analytical and research purposes only and are not supplied for human consumption, human use, veterinary use or therapeutic use.
